1. Overview & Single-Purpose Declaration

OmniLead Hub (developed and operated by Hamza Shahid under Soloship Studio at soloship.store) is an in-browser workflow productivity assistant. Its single purpose is to parse, organize, and enrich publicly visible commercial B2B contact information (company names, publicly posted business email addresses, public phone lines, ratings, and social profile links) from public web directories upon active user request.

2. Local-First Architecture & Zero-Data-Selling Guarantee

• Local Browser Sandbox: By default, all extracted leads are saved locally in your own browser's secure sandbox using chrome.storage.local.
• Zero Data Selling: We do not harvest, centralize, sell, rent, or broker your collected business records to third-party data aggregators. Your lead database belongs 100% to you.
• No Telemetry or Ad Injections: OmniLead contains zero tracking pixels, ad networks, or invasive screen recording software.

3. Free Tier Limits & Paid Cloud Sync

• Free Starter Plan: Limited strictly to 100 total extracted leads saved in local Chrome sandbox storage. Free evaluation accounts do not include cloud database backups or cross-device synchronization.
• Paid Cloud Sync (Pro & Advanced): Cloud Firestore encrypted backups are enabled exclusively for active paid subscribers who choose to turn on cloud synchronization. Data synced to the cloud is encrypted in transit and at rest and accessible only by the authenticated account holder.

4. Chrome Web Store Permissions Justification

• storage & unlimitedStorage: Used exclusively to persist your lead records, pitch templates, and notes locally.
• activeTab & scripting: Used only to parse the DOM of the active business directory tab when you initiate an extraction.
• downloads: Enables exporting your leads to CSV or JSON files onto your local device.

5. Payment & Billing Security

All digital license payments and transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard digital billing platforms.

OmniLead and Soloship Studio never collect, receive, or store raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. When a purchase occurs, our licensing system only verifies a cryptographic license token to validate feature access.

6. User Data Deletion & Rights

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. You can export all records to CSV, wipe individual records, or clear your entire local database via the "Clear All" button in the Leads CRM. Uninstalling the browser extension immediately purges all local storage.
